ABOUT
H1NTED originated in 2024 with a proprietary AI methodology addressing the cold-start problem in human–AI interaction. While AI systems can access extensive user data, they lack the contextual understanding needed to determine what matters most to a specific individual and how that information should shape communication before interaction history develops.
Applications
Home companion robots
We help adapt wording, pacing and communication style before any live interaction starts. Our tech uses non-invasive visual signal analysis to create tailored behavioural prompts for users, designing better first impression and smoother adoption before iteraction begins.
AR/VR luxury training
We enable AR/VR training systems to create customer scenarios and teach employees to read people better. Our tech creates expectation profiles for each simulated customer, allowing employees to practise adapting their approach to different people for personalised experiences.
Care facility robots
We reduce the adaptation burden by giving robots tailored instructions on how to approach each person, with wording that appeals and makes communication warmer and truly personalised on top of standardised approaches, so residents feel seen in highly routine environments.
First Impression
We help embodied AI make the first seconds count because we know first impressions form in as little as 0.1 to 5 seconds. If that impression is negative, it can take at least 8 positive interactions to reverse it.
At H1NTED, we generate personalised prompts by identifying what matters most to each person before interaction begins. These prompts guide how AI communicates, with the aim of making every human–robot interaction as personalised and effective as possible while reducing the risk of a negative first impression.
